For today's Friends with Flair over on the Unity blog,
I thought I would share a how-to on a watercolor background with multiple uses.
First, stamp the ferris wheel on watercolor paper.
Ink up the clear handle with blue and green inks.
Then spritz with water.
Press into the pre-stamped watercolor paper.
Let the watery ink run.
You can either let dry naturally or dry with heat gun.
I used the extra watery ink on the handle on a larger piece of watercolor paper,
then used it for a scrapbook layout.
So, the inking on this one was done first, and then stamped over the top, once dry.
Note that it will come out different every time,
depending on the amount of ink and water, and type of paper too.
So, I used one for a tag. Just glued it to a sheet of black and punched a hole and added ribbon.
Second, I glued to a card front with background paper.
With some doodled ink pen edges.
And finally, added to an 8x8 scrapbook page of my husband and nephew.
