Unity May/June Sketch Challenge 04 & MF Tuesday Trigger

I was inspired by Moxie Fab's Tuesday Trigger colors for this card. I love the yellows and the apricot colors in the inspiration room.
And I used the Sketch Challenge from Unity's May/June monthly challenge, and I used my new All Smiles stamp.  I used watercolor paper, and an aqua pen to apply the ink. My first try, I smeared the black ink. So I painted first, then dried, then stamped the image.

CTS #31 & CQC 192

I love the challenge of doing a single layer card, but I don't do them very often. This CAS(E) this sketch looked perfect for me to try it today.
I also used the color combo for the ColorQ challenge for this week.
I used my new Ippity stamp, Feather Flight, that I won on Unity's blog a few weeks ago. Woo Hoo! I love that feather! I stamped it in Memento's Teal Zeal, then spritzed it with water.
I like this single feather card the best. I tried it several ways with the feathers in multiples, but still came back to the single one as the favorite.

The Houndstooth is from Papertrey, the Weavy stitching is from Technique Tuesday, and the sentiment is from Stampin Up. The inks are Memento Teal Zeal, Amuse Slate gray, SU Certainly Celery & Soft Sky.

Friends With Flair in Green

I am posting this for today's Unity's Friends With Flair, and the eP: eclectic Paperie Pick challenge: flowers. It looks similar to some I've made before. I just love that flower from Insightful Meadows. But I think this is the first time I've stamped it in green, it reminds me of Queen Anne's lace in this color.

Having some more fun with rings
Top is blue Agate, I love the color variances on this one.
Below is coral Agate, with matching earrings.

Friends with Flair in Rhubarb

I made this for Unity's Friends With Flair. I used a page out of the dictionary, and stamped Donna Downey's Insightful Meadows, in Memento Rhubarb ink(my fav). The Sentiment is from Papertrey.
After I put the card together, I started reading some of the definitions. This one cracks me up! The sentiment is saying how "special you are" and to left underneath is the definition for windbag: a person who talks a lot but says little of any value.
Can I really send this to someone? LOL

African Yellow Opal

Trying my hand at bracelets now.
This is African Yellow Opal. It is a beautiful creamy butter color.
I also read that if you put something that hangs near the clasp, that will keep your bracelet from moving around too much, I guess it acts like a weight, to keep it from spinning. And I have been enjoying creating those weights just as much as the bracelet.
So my problem is: I like it to spin around my wrist, so I can see the weight. LOL

CAS(E) Challenge 19 & CHF

I haven't been stamping in a while, so we had a fun day at Mom's, making cards!
I thought the CAS(E) challenge was a good place to start, and the Cornish Heritage Farms' challenge for a manly card was just what I needed for our 20th anniversary coming up in just a few weeks.
I used CHF Bicycles set for the main image & sentiment, stamped in Memento Espresso Truffle. Then I sponged the edges in Papertrey Chamomile Tea dye.
