Tuesday Trigger!!!

HEY!!! i was picked as the Tuesday Trigger from the Moxie Fab Blog! how cool is that?!!!
it is so exciting!
anyway, enough with all the exclamation points! ;)
somehow i got on the west elm emailing list, still don't know how, but their emails are always so pretty. and that's where i got my trigger.
i wanted to include those great leafy pillows, and so much white, so that's where i put the white mat, instead of using a white card. and that rattan is terrific.
Michelle gave me a set of SU stamps, and that is the leaves, and i just got a new set from PTI(everyday button bits), and the sentiment came from that.
can't wait to see what everyone gets out of this pic!
thanks for looking!

From the desk of Jane

i made these 2 card sets and notebook for Jane, using JustRite Monogram stamps, and the notebook has PTI stamp set, Take Note. The paper is from A la Carte called Romaine and Panini. and my new favorite thing is the Rickrack die from PTI(i keep wanting to write ric rac, isn't that the way it was spelled a long time ago? maybe this way is just PTI's, but then again, i am not known for my spelling ability. hey, punkin? ;). i used the full one across the cards, and the trimmed sides for the notebook, along with the bubble embossing folder. the blue and red looks so fresh.

Steph's Gift

i think this first one is the prettiest! last year, steph sent us a gift certificate for tulips.com. they are out close to where she lives in WA. this one is an Angelique tulip, and you can see the little grape hyacinth peaking out beneath.

these are the Ollioles, and Magier. so pretty.
thanks steph!

Hannah's Tote

this tote pattern has come out of retirement for Hannah! with a couple changes: Hannah picked out her fabric and it is all quilters cotton from quilthome.com, instead of my usual decorator fabric. quilthome.com has so many choices, i love them because they have whole color families with fabrics that are designed to go together, so you know you will get a good color match, esp when you are shopping online. there are so many more choices if all cotton is used.
i did the faux piping again. i think it just adds so much to the finished bag. the colors are a little brighter in person, than what is showing in the picture. the name of the orange thread is "dreamsicle", makes me think of hot summer days and my favorite popsicle! ( i think we are going from winter straight to summer, supposed to be 80 again today!)
