this is for PTI's Anniversary Week of challenges. Today is to make a tag with a frame.i have been embossing lots of things lately. i had forgotten how much i love the look. this tag has a strip of background done in clear on spring moss paper.
i fell in love with PTI's download tag challenge, this one is Heather's tag, and i printed it on vellum. but i loved it on white paper too!
